1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fractle ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

Fractle is a skill-based pattern recognition and forecasting competition platform. Users compete by analyzing historical price patterns (fractals) and making predictions about future price movements. Performance is based on analytical skill, not chance.

Fractle does not facilitate gambling, wagering, or financial transactions. XP and ranks are non-transferable gameplay metrics with no monetary value.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Fractle. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use bots or automated tools to submit predictions, (b) manipulate leaderboards or exploit bugs, (c) create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage, (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or attack Platform infrastructure.

5. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Platform's content as such. Fractle does not recommend that any asset should be bought, sold, or held by you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the Platform is owned by Fractle. User-generated predictions and patterns may be displayed publicly on leaderboards and shared via links.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
